Registration

All participants are kindly asked to fill in electronic registration form to register to the 10th Nordic Photosynthesis Congress. The presenting author must submit ABSTRACT before September 24, 2010.

Terms of Payment

Upon receipt of the registration form the Congress Secretariat will confirm your registration and bookings via e-mail. Registration fee must be paid in advance to the Congress Secretariat by bank transfer or by credit card. Please mark the preferred form of payment on your registration form. The registration fee should be paid the latest by October 4, 2010.

Cancellation and Changes

All changes and cancellations must be submitted in writing to the Congress Secretariat: conference@frens.ee indicating the title of the Conference. Congress Secretariat will confirm the cancellation in writing.
Registration fees will be fully refunded in case the cancellation is made before August 31, 2010. There will be 50% refund for cancellation made from September 1 until September 14. There will be no refund for cancellation made after September 15. In all cases, payment-handling costs will be deducted from the amount of refund. All refunds will be processed after the Congress.
